Is it a full kitchen or a kitchenette?
A full kitchen. Oven, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, plus crockery, pans and utensils — everything you need to cook a proper meal rather than reheat one.

Is there a washing machine in the apartment?
Yes — there is a washer-dryer in every apartment, not a shared laundry room. It's why most of our long-stay guests travel with a smaller bag than they expect to.

Are bills, wi-fi and council tax included?
Yes — utilities, high-speed wi-fi and council tax are all included in the rate, however long you stay.

How often is the apartment cleaned on a long stay?
The apartments are cleaned once a week. We can provide extra clean towels and toiletries upon request throughout our guests stay.

Is there anywhere to work in the apartment?
There is a large dining table which you can be used as a workspace.

Can I check in late?
The reception is manned 24 hours a day, so guests can check in at any time.

Can I bring my dog?
Selected apartments are pet-friendly and can be arranged, subject to availability.
